Mary
Beth Muncie, Head Cheer Coach
Mary Beth Muncie is a 2000 graduate of New Albany High School,
where she was involved in many clubs and organizations including
The Pride of New Albany Band , the High School Choir, and the New
Albany High School Musical.
In 2004, Mary Beth graduated from Mississippi State University.
She has been Director of Choirs for New Albany High School and
New Albany Middle School since 2008. She has been the choreographer
for the New Albany High School Musical for 10 years and has served
as Assistant Director for 3 years. Mary Beth is married to Jim
Muncie.

Jessica Gray, Coach
Jessica Allen Gray is a 1997 graduate of East Union Attendance
Center and a 2004 graduate of Northeast Mississippi Community College
where she
obtained an associate’s degree in Nursing. Coach Gray is certified in
Heartsaver CPR and BLS, AED, as well as a first aid instructor.
She is in her third year at New Albany Middle School serving as
the
school nurse, and second year as head cheer coach.
Jessica is married to Brad Gray and together they have two children,
Chloe Beth, 3, and Jake, 9. They live in Hickory Flat.

Neely Robertson, Assistant
Cheer Coach, NAHS
Neely Robertson
is a 1995 graduate of New Albany High School. During her
four years, she was involved in many clubs and organizations. Neely
was
a Varsity cheerleader and served as Co-captain her junior year,
and
Captain her senior year. She cheered and danced in the New Year’s
Day
parade in London after receiving All Star Cheerleader at UCA camp.
In 1999, Neely graduated with an Elementary Education degree from
the
University of Mississippi. During her time at Ole Miss, she was
on the
Rebelette dance team and cheered on the Ole Miss Pom Squad.
Neely has been teaching Kindergarten and First grade since 1999.
Neely
continued her education and received her National Board Certification
in
2005 and her Master’s Degree in 2007 in Curriculum and Instruction.
Neely is married to Chris Robertson and they have two daughters,
Bailey,
age 6 and Logan Lee age 3.

Kate
Swords, Assistant Cheer Coach NAMS
Kate Swords
has been teaching the Intellectually Gifted at New Albany Middle
School since 2007. Kate is a 2007 graduate of Blue Mountain College
with a degree in English Education and holds a gifted teaching
endorsement from the University of Mississippi. Kate is married
to Kyle Swords and they have three daughters.
